A continuación os detallo un buen número de los libros en INGLÉS que tratan sobre Blasket. Hay más escritos en irlandés sin traducción. En el apartado DESCARGA DE DOCUMENTOS encontrarás algunos libros o extractos de ellos traducidos al castellano. Algunos de estos libros fueron escritos por personas que nacieron y murieron allí, otros por personas que naciendo en la Gran Blasket decidieron emigrar. También los hay escritos por personas que no nacieron en Blasket, pero que tras casarse acabaron en dicho lugar. Otros están escritos por personas que visitaban la Isla en busca de su tradición, de su idioma, de sus costumbres. Y otros están escritos, simple y llanamente, por gente que se enamoró del lugar y de todo lo que encierra.
